The Foundation has not a fixed membership status - every people or organisation that has a possibility and desire for assisting Foundation, getting it developed or its difficulties solved even once - you are welcome! We believe that everyone who by advice or action advances that lorry heading the shining civil society is automatically considered as member. However formally you should submit a free application (the oral statement is allowed for citizens), reach age of 14, and wait for the Board approval. This is a Statute provision.
